For Raising Gov Abubakar’s Hand, Buhari Has Lost Votes In Bauchi, Including Mine – APC lawmaker

“Even the President will definitely not find it easy in Bauchi State this time around. I am one of those that will not vote for him again.”

Bauchi State House of Assembly Lawmaker representing Lere/Bula Constituency on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Aminu Tukur, said President Muhammadu Buhari has defeated himself for supporting the State Governor, Mohammed Abubakar.

Aminu Tukur said that President Buhari will not get up to 50 percent of votes in the forthcoming presidential poll in Bauchi, adding that he is one of those that will vote against Buhari for supporting the state governor who he described as a failure. He said:

“Buhari cannot decide the fate of the people of Bauchi State, if he had 90 per cent supporters in 2015, this time around he has less than 50 per cent.

“By raising the hands of Governor Mohammed Abubabakar, he (Buhari) defeated himself. Even the President will definitely not find it easy in Bauchi State this time around. I am one of those that will not vote for him again.”

On the alleged failures of the state governor, he said:

“The present government in Bauchi State is a failure; we have never had a government that is so loose, corrupt and inept in the way it handles things like this time around. A government that has served for more than three years and seven months has no N50million worth of project in any local government area of the state, despite the huge money that accrues to the state.”
