The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adeboye has sparked controversy online after revealing how he advised one of his sons to sack his female secretary at work.
In a long thread on his Twitter page, Pastor Adeboye disclosed that one of his sons had told him that he is excited to resume at work every Monday because he will get to see his secretary.
According to the cleric, he told his son to sack the secretary because no one is worth his marriage.
He went on to admonish married men and women on spending time with people who are not their spouse.
The disclosure which came off a tweet, sparked off a controversy as some Nigerians called him out for making an “innocent lady lose her job”.
Pastor Adeboye: How is your new Secretary, son??
PA's Son: She's fine sir
Pastor Adeboye: She's what??? Fire her immediately!!!!!!!!

When we say the Bible is as misogynistic, that tweet from Pastor Adeboye is what we mean. Women are barely represented in higher positions
Imagine every boss rendering their female staff jobless cause of their lack of self control. Literally telling women just not to work.

You see the tweeter warriors dragging Pastor Adeboye with all their muscle and veins on their neck, put them in front of him face to face and tell them to repeat themselves, you’ll see puppies and koala bear transformation.

See ehn, this Pastor Adeboye thread is one of those few issues where neither party is entirely wrong or right
Imagine losing your job not due to incompetence but because your boss lacks self control..on the other hand, y'all get mad when your partners reply tweets of the opp sex

I understand Pastor Adeboye’s point. The only problem was his advice to sack his son’s secretary. The secretary wasn’t the problem of his son’s urges. Your son told you he’s always excited going to the office because of her. He’s the one that needs urgent deliverance. Shalom! ?

Pastor Adeboye literally went into the future and cast the hoe unto the streets pic.twitter.com/zTF3IlviP4

Pastor Adeboye is more learned, experienced and Godly than you.
Does that make him always right?
No, but I will rather be found licking his ass than exchanging words with hypocrites over a tweet you only have decided to view in a way that will cognate with your sentiment.

Saw comments on the TL with respect to Pastor Adeboye asking one of his sons to fire his secretary because he's always excited around her or maybe he couldn't control himself around her
What do you think?
Was GO right to ask his son to fire her?
Or he should have advised him

After dragging Pastor Adeboye on Twitter today, they will rush to redemption camp tomorrow to tap from his anointing ?

Pastor Adeboye basically said “Cast that seductive hoe back to streets from whence she came”

My sister if you chase away your help cos you feel she might tempt your hubby then you have no right to blast Pastor Adeboye. Like the only crime your help commited is developing breast and growing into a beautiful woman. Everyone is woke on social media ,hypocrites..

If a Feminist says.
"Men are scum, they can't hold their sexual urges"
Una go complain.
But Pastor Adeboye instead of telling His Son to Man up and bury his sexual urges.
Told his boy to sack a staff for merely existing.
U lot are defending it.
Low quality men? hypocrisy

I just read Pastor Adeboye thread and I am not satisfied with the man sacking the woman coz he couldn’t control himself, instead he could have helped her secure a job in another place or change her dept and as for the other tweets below, it’s facts but that first tweet…..Nahhh!
— Tife? (@Tife_fabunmi) January 29, 2020
Even people that won't let their partners keep besties of the opposite sex are condemning Pastor Adeboye…lol
I don't agree with his thread but most of you won't say pim if your partner pulls that move.
Infact you'd even feel "special" talmbout "cut him/her off for me"
