“Wedded On 5th September, Died on September 8, 2020” – How Rex Ebube Amatu died three days after his wedding in a ghastly accident

A newly married young Igbo business-man Mr. Rex Ebube Amatu lost his life three days after his traditional marriage in the most gruesome way.

The sad incident reportedly occurred when the Nigerian police stopped Rex at a checkpoint and asked him to ”park well”  for security checks.

It was gathered that while reversing, a speeding truck while trying to evade the police officers at the checkpoint rammed into the deceased car, mangling it on the spot.

Rex died immediately.

May his soul rest in peace and may God grant his family and new wife the fortitude to bear this great loss.
