The ongoing #EndSARS protest has been disrupted by as armed thugs and cultists in Ketu, Lagos State.

Armed thugs and suspected cultists have taken over the ongoing protest against the extrajudicial activities of the now-defunct Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) in Ketu area of Lagos State.

It was gathered that residents woke up on Tuesday morning to discover that the thugs have blocked Ikorodu raod at Ketu bus stop amidst chants: “#EndSARS and say No to bad government.”

The armed thugs are also reportedly attacking traders and passersby along Ketu-Ojota expressway, while others are vandalizing and stealing people’s properties.

Many are said to have been injured in the fresh attack which became bloody since last Saturday when suspected cult gang members hijacked the #EndSARS protest.

An eyewitness said traders and stranded passengers waiting for commercial bus to take them to their respective business places ran for the dear lives.

Meanwhile, suspected hoodlums have also burned over 50 cars during the #EndSARS protest yesterday at Apo Mechanic village in Abuja.
