US-based model and actress, Fancy Acholonu has confirmed her break up with the Nollywood actor, Alexx Ekubo, just three months before their wedding.
KanyiDaily recalls that four months ago, Alexx had proposed marriage to Acholonu in the US, and the couple shared their engagement photos on social media.
The love birds, who thanked fans for their love and support, further dropped a bombshell by announcing their big wedding happening this year.
According to them, the wedding is set to hold on Nov. 20th for the traditional wedding in Imo State and Nov. 27th for the Church Wedding in Lagos State.

A few days ago, it was speculated that Fancy Acholonu has called off their engagement, barely three months to their long-anticipated wedding.
The model, who was born in Los Angeles to Nigerian parents, also deleted their joint Instagram page, FalexxForever, which was created after their engagement.
Acholonu has also unfollowed Alexx on Instagram and deleted every photo she has with the movie star on her social media pages.
However, Alexx still follows her and has photos and videos from their proposal and engagement ceremony on his Instagram page.
In a post shared on her Instagram page on Thursday, Acholonu confirmed that she has made the right decision for herself by breaking up with Alexx Ekubo.
The model, who did not give a reason for the breakup, pleaded with well-wishers to respect their privacy, adding that it is important that everyone finds their happiness and live their truth.
“Hey guys, I am writing to inform you all officially that I have ended my relationship and engagement and I have called off the wedding with Alexx Ekubo,” she wrote.
“I am aware this may be a shock to many people. I made the best decision for myself because it is important that everyone finds happiness and live in their truth. At this time, my family and I ask for you all to please respect our privacy. Thank you so much.”
