Popular Nigerian singer, Davido has revealed that he can’t stay away from politics because “It’s his in his blood and his passion”.
Davido Reveals Why He Can’t Avoid Politics
KanyiDaily recalls that Davido had recently attacked his cousin, Dele Adeleke after the latter declared his interest to contest against their uncle, Ademola Adeleke, in the 2022 Osun State governorship election.
Reacting to a Twitter user who advised him to avoid politics, the singer said he could not stay out of politics because he had a passion for it.
The Twitter user identified as Chime Fabian, wrote: “OBO, how I wish you have stayed off politics!!!!”
Davido replied, “Sorry it’s in my blood and it’s def my passion … and it ain’t stopping sh*t!”

This comes one week after Davido revealed that the reason why he’s not thinking of joining Nigerian politics is because of the fear of ruining his music legacy.
