Late Nigerian rapper,  Oladapo Olaitan Olaonipekun, popularly known as Dagrin, has reportedly been declared wanted by police in Sierra Leone.

Dagrin Declared Wanted By Police In Sierra Leone

The popular rapper, who died in a car accident 12 years ago, was allegedly accused of participating in a violent protest last week in Sierra Leone.

Dagrin’s popular photo of him carrying a gun was spotted among the clusters of photos released by the Sierra Leonean police on their wanted list for people who participated in the violent protest in their country.

A Twitter user @Jeen_Yous who resides in Sierra Leone also shared the photos which suprisingly included Dagrin who died at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) on April 22, 2010 at the age of 26 and was buried on 30th April at the Ebony Millennium Private Vault, Atan Cemetery.

The tweet reads: ”The Sierra Leone Police release Pictures of wanted people who were part of the violent protest last week and late Nigerian rapper Dagrin is one of them. This country will always amaze me”
