Money Can’t Buy Life But Poverty Can Buy Death – Reno Omokri

Former presidential aide to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, Reno Omokri in his usual fashion, has once again emphasised the importance of money in everyday life.

Omokri, also a controversial internet celebrity known for his provocative posts, said no one should accept poverty because money can not buy life.

He stated this on his verified official twitter handle on Wednesday morning.

While agreeing that money can truly not buy life, he noted however, that poverty can buy death.

He argued that when a life threatening illness befalls anyone, such a person may die before his or her time if they do not have money, adding that money can prolong life.

The former presidential aide urged everyone to have money for their own sake and that of others.

“Don’t accept poverty because money can’t buy life. Yes, money can’t buy life. But poverty can buy death. If you don’t have money when a life threatening illness afflicts you, you may die before your time. Money can prolong life. Have money for your sake and others,” his tweet reads.

Kanyi Daily recalls that Omokri had in February this year, stirred divergent reactions on social media after he made a tweet.

In the tweet, he asserted that marriages can survive infidelity, but can not withstand poverty.

His words, “Marriages can survive marital infidelity, but it is hard for marriages to survive long term marital poverty. Research it. Finances are the top reason for divorce. So stop saying ‘love conquers everything’. Without money, the love may just dissolve like sugar in tea”

Omokri Speaks On 2023 General Election

In other news, Omokri has also been very vocal about activities concerning the 2023 general election.

This site recalls that in May this year, the entrepreneur had expressed utmost confidence that the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar would win next year’s presidential polls.

He even went as far as asking a twitter user to slap him if Atiku did not find himself in Aso Rock, the seat of power next year.
