Nollywood actress, Nkechi Blessing Sunday has slammed those criticizing her for sharing sεx toys as souvenirs at her mother’s death anniversary celebration.

KanyiDaily recalls that the actress had stirred controversy after she gave out dildos during an event she organized to mark the one-year death anniversary of her later mother.
In a viral video, Nkechi was seen giving out some plastic penis in a souvenir package while calling on single and divorced women in the crowd to make use of the sex toy.
The act has continued to trigger outrage on social media with many people condemning and criticizing the actress for choosing to disrespect her late mum.
Reacting on her Instagram page, Nkechi described those criticising her as hypocrites, saying they should leave her alone and go take care of their respective parents.
She wrote: “SHALOM. I saw comments of people that have forgotten their parents that are still alive and I couldn’t stop laughing..my dear go back home and take care of your parents Cus na hypocrites all of una be.
“Even people wey don forget their parents wey never die sef dey talk. Everyone around me knows I don’t joke with my family.
”My own mother that gave birth to me died on September 22nd 2021. 23rd September 2022 I had her quiet remembrance and Prayers, went to the streets and gave out food and water, nobody kuku hear anything.
“25th was my mother’s birthday, hence the cake and a little party to host a few friends. Not like you all deserve any explanations on what I choose to do with my own life, because when we are suffering/hungry I do not see any of you. So make all of you try and rest.”
KanyiDaily recalls that Nkechi Blessing Sunday had previously addressed those criticizing her for advocating the use of sεx toys.
