Officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) are insisting that they won’t upload results at a polling unit in Surulere, Lagos State.

In a video circulating on social media, the INEC official could be heard telling voters that results will not be uploaded electronically, stressing that whoever is not okay with their decision can go back home.
