“If I Start To Talk….” – Gideon Okeke’s Ex-wife Warns Him Over His Rants On Single Mothers

Chidera Uduezue, the ex-wife of Nollywood actor, Gideon Okeke, has threatened to open up about their failed marriage after his recent post on single mothers.

Gideon Okeke, who parted ways with his Chidera Uduezue in October 2022 after four years of marriage, had taken to Instagram to share a cryptic post about single mothers who prevent their kids from having a relationship with their fathers.

The actor revealed that after he went public with his divorce from his ex-wife and mother of his two sons that he realized that so many men were being punished by their exes by preventing them from having a relationship with their kids.

He asked single mums to remember they did not pluck their children from trees or buy them from the shelves, stressing that the kids that are being punished and denied access to “Vitamin Daddy”.

Gideon wrote, “It’s on the announcement of My Seperation/ Divorce that I realized that so many men are going through and enduring a litany of ills as an offshoot of a failed marriage, leaving the kids in tow, as Victims.

“My DM has messages to boot. But I NEED to ask… What Therapy is reserved or advised for Men who find themselves backed up in this corner? Is speaking up a “shame thing”?

“Does WORK or the advice of going back to WORK really douse the pain? Kids are definitely a “mumu button” to the Man who has NOT abandoned his kids and his responsibilities to them. Suddenly all your are good enough for, is FEES. But your seeds still lack their vitamin DADDY! DAMN !!!

“Be HUMANE! Be HUMANE !! Be HUMANE !!! If you REALLY love them like you claim…Give them what they NEED. Be HUMANE! Be HUMANE !! IT’S NOT ABOUT YOU ANYMORE

“People go a whole lifetime without this blessings you have on your laps. They are a gift from God. Being an ONLY child myself.. I can tell U what women go through to find this gift… or free…by God’s grace.

“Why you con Dey use this same gift take Dey punish another Man. Or so you thought you were punishing Him. But no! It’s the KIDS Get out of the Way. You’re in the way of Your kids emotional balance. You’re in the way!.”

Chidera Uduezue Replies Ex-Hubby, Gideon Okeke

Reacting on her Instagram story, Chidera said she is not ready to talk about her ex’s statement and there will be no holding back once she starts spilling their secrets.

She also accused Gideon Okeke of playing the victim when he is largely at fault, adding that she has a lot to say about him but would rather be the bigger person and let it slide.

The mother of two wrote: “If I start to talk! Hmmmmm. There will be no holding back. Because the millipede that was stomped on did not scream, but the foot that stomped on it keeps screaming “my foot, my foot”(it’s sweeter in Igbo sha, but, you get the gist lol). But my people say that, “Adiro ibuo ayi ala”, so I’ll be the bigger person, as ALWAYS and keep living life”

This comes barely six months after Gideon Okeke announced his divorce from his wife, Chidera Uduezue after four years of marriage.
