The National Emergency Management Agency of Nigeria (NEMA) said workers are trapped in the building and its officials are mobilising the response team to rescue the trapped victims.
Recall that a year ago, a 21-storey building under construction also collapsed in the high-brow Ikoyi, killing the billionaire property developer Femi Osibona, his best friend, staff of Fourscore Homes, construction workers and police aides.
