BBNaija Star, Tacha Akide Claims She Spent $30,000 To Fix Her Teeth

Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Natacha Akide, popularly known as Tacha, has opened up about her recent cosmetic procedures.

While hosting the Big Friday Show on Cool FM Nigeria, Lagos, Tacha revealed that she spent $30,000 (equivalent to 23.7 million naira), to enhance her appearance.

The reality TV star told her guest on the show, Caramel Plug, that she underwent two procedures to achieve her desired results.

According to her, she first opted for arm surgery to slim down her arms before undergoing a dental procedure to fix her teeth, which cost around $30,000.

Tacha acknowledged that people often find it hard to believe the exorbitant amounts spent by celebrities to maintain their lifestyles.

She, however, emphasized that the investments were a personal choice and aimed at feeling more confident and content with her physical appearance.

She said, “You know the fans, if there is something they want to believe, if you like; be showing them the truth, they won’t believe it .

“And that is okay. Do you get what I mean? No be broke people dey do body na. So, if you said I’ve done it, that’s cool.

“I just did arm surgery. I kind of like took off fat. And then I fixed my teeth too. They were just like the only two procedures I did. $10k in my mouth. No, wait, it’s actually $30k. I’m mixing it up.”

KanyiDaily recalls that Tacha Akide said she would rather be “a proud prostitute” than suffer with her beauty.
