In June, popular clergyman, Pastor Agbala Gabriel shared a video of the Yoruba actor pleading for support from his fans, both within the country and abroad, to rescue him from his current situation.

In the video, Sule Suebebe lamented that despite working as an actor for decades, he has not achieved any significant financial stability. He revealed that he does not own a house or a car and lives in extreme poverty.

The actor said he forced himself to speak on his predicaments and seek help because he can no longer pretend, and he is determined not to live and die in poverty.

Pastor Agbala Gabriel, who is known for his benevolence towards Yoruba movie icons like Iya Gbonkan and Pariolodo, was contacted to expedite assistance for Sule Suebebe.
