Pelumi Nubi: Lady Driving From London To Lagos Battles For Life After Car Accident [Video]

Pelumi Nubi, a Nigerian travel content creator who was driving from London to Lagos, has encountered a car accident along the way.

In November, Nubi announced her ambitious plan to embark on a solo trip from London to Lagos, with the journey commencing on January 30.

Initially scheduled to arrive in Lagos on March 23, Nubi had to postpone her plans due to border issues experienced in some countries.

Taking to her Instagram page on Tuesday, March 26, Pelumi shared a distressing image of her car, now severely wrecked from the accident.

The car had suffered a huge battering and the front portion of the vehicle was heavily damaged, with the windscreen shattered.

Accompanying the image was a video showing Pelumi being transported into an ambulance, which promptly rushed her to a hospital.

The footage further depicted medical professionals attending to her in the ward as she battles for her life in the hospital.

In her caption, Pelumi Nubi humbly requested prayers from well-wishers, prompting an outpouring of support from Nigerians, who expressed their hopes for her speedy recovery.

Sharing the video, she wrote: “Say a prayer for me”.
