Nigerian socialite, Cubana Chief Priest has taken legal action against Helen Atti, the Kenyan woman who claimed he fathered her child.
The lawsuit, which was made public through a post by a representative of the “DPA Family Law Clinic” on Facebook, accuses Helen Atti of defamation and seeks to stop her from making further damaging statements.
According to the legal documents, the court has granted an interim injunction preventing Helen and anyone linked to her from posting, sharing, or distributing any content that could harm Cubana Chief Priest’s reputation.
The case has quickly drawn attention online, sparking conversations across social media platforms.
