Speaking during an interview with Seun Okinbaloye on Channels Television, Nwoko shared his views on the importance of having multiple wives.
When Seun pointed out that being married to four women seemed like an extraordinary feat, Ned Nwoko compared it to standing on multiple legs instead of one.
The kawmaker, who is currently battling marital crisis with his youngest wife, Nollywood actress Regina Daniels, explained that having more wives feels more balanced and natural to him.
Seun asked, “You’ve done many impossible things. How do you manage 4 wives. Because it is incredibly difficult to be with a partner, not to talk of 4.”
Ned replied, “The example I gave is just imagine telling you to stand on one leg, you know how difficult it is. But to stand on 2, 3, 4 is more balanced. I feel sorry for those who only have one wife because it is difficult to stand on one leg.”
Reacting to Regiba’s domestic violence allegation, Nwoko emphasized that he treats his wives with respect and is not a violent person.
He added that he loves all his wives and children equally and has no regrets about his choice to marry four women.
