I’ll Give Ademola Lookman N500,000 For Every Goal Against Morocco – Peller [Video]

Media personality, Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, has promised to reward Super Eagles forward Ademola Lookman if he scores in Nigeria’s upcoming match against Morocco.

Ademola Lookman, who played in Nigeria’s win over Algeria, will face Morocco on January 14, 2026, at the Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium in Rabat.

Ahead of the game, Peller said he would give the striker ₦500,000 for every goal he scores.

However, many of his fans criticized the reward, calling it unrealistic and pointing out that Lookman, as a professional footballer, does not really need the money.

Some said Peller was making a “loud promise” without thinking it through, while others suggested he might rethink the offer depending on Lookman’s performance.

A few fans also argued the money could be better spent on people in greater need.

This comes a few days after Nigeria secured a place in the semi-finals of the AFCON against Morocco, having beaten Algeria 2–0 in Marrakesh.
