It was gathered that the incident happened late at night on Monday, when the attackers entered the councillorās home and took the three victims to an unknown destination.
Security analyst Bakatsine, who shared details from local sources, said the gunmen appeared to have gone straight to the residence, suggesting they may have specifically targeted the family.
Witnesses also said the operation was carried out quickly before the assailants fled the area.
As of the time of filing this report, the Bauchi State Police Command had not issued any statement about the abduction.
