“You No Get Value Again” – Geh Geh Tackles Davido Over Grammy Loss [Video]

Controversial commentator Geh Geh has taken a swipe at the Grammy Awards, accusing the organisers of disrespecting Nigerian music star Davido.

In a video shared online, Geh Geh argued that the prestigious award no longer means much for Davido.

The media personality claimed that the singer is often nominated without any genuine plan to let him win.

According to him, Davido’s name is being used to boost the Grammy brand in Nigeria and other parts of Africa.

He alleged that the organisers rely on the singer’s influence and large fan base in the region to keep the award relevant.

Geh Geh said he had earlier advised Davido to stop submitting his songs for Grammy consideration.

He further claimed that despite multiple nominations, the Grammys have no intention of giving Davido the award.

The social commentator also suggested that Davido’s public desire to win a Grammy may have worked against him, adding that the organisers do not appear to rate him as highly as he might expect.

Geh Geh said, “In 2026, you allow Grammy dey rubbish you. Them don rubbish you, you no get value again.

” I remember when I made a video to advice Davido make e no dey submit him songs to Grammy. These people are using you to promote their award in Nigeria and Africa. But him just dey shout say ‘I want to win Grammy’ go and win Grammy na. Wizkid go dey happy now.

“This life wey we dey live eh, know where you stand for people life. You fit dey think say you be something for person life, make that person no rate you at all. Na that thing na him Grammy dey do Davido.

“Grammy know say dey can never give Davido that award but because them still need am to promote and market their award for Nigeria and Africa, na the only reason dey dey nominate Davido.”
