Adekunle Gold Finally Addresses Rumour Of Welcoming Twins With Simi [Video]

Nigerian singer Adekunle Gold has addressed reports that he and his wife, Simi, recently welcomed twins.

Speaking in a recent interview with Great Day Houston, the music star also talked about life at home with a fellow artist, describing it as easy and creative since they often exchange ideas.

Adekunle Gold revealed that their daughter is already showing early interest in music, hinting that she may follow in their footsteps.

“First of all, it is interesting to be married to another fantastic songwriter. You know we bounce off ideas in the home and our daughter is giving signs that she might be one for the music as well,” he said.

During the interview, the singer was also asked about reports claiming the couple had welcomed twins.

He dismissed the claim, explaining that the story was false and stemmed from social media speculation, and stressed that they had actually welcomed a baby boy.

“…not even twins, that is the internet by the way. We have a son,” he added.

KanyiDaily recalls that Adekunle Gold and Simi had earlier announced in April that they had welcomed their second child, but they did not reveal the baby’s gender or name at the time.
