Contrary to a recent media speculation that the ailing Taraba State Governor, Alhaji Danbaba Suntai had fully recovered and had been discharged from the hospital in Germany, the state Acting Governor, Alhaji Garba Umar has denied the report, saying that Suntai’s state of health has deteriorated.
According to him, the governor, who has been in a German hospital since November receiving treatment due to injuries he sustained when a small aircraft, Cessna 208 he was piloting crash-landed about 30 miles to the Yola airport in Adamawa State, can neither talk nor see.
