American rapper, Pusha T, had to temporarily discontinue his performance after he was attacked on stage by fans at the Toronto’s Danforth Music Hall on Tuesday, November 20, 2018.
The G.O.O.D Music President was in the middle of his set when a few emboldened members of the audience began throwing beer, paint, and water at him. They then rushed the stage in what looked like an attempt to jump the rapper.
But King Push‘s security details were able to intercept whatever nefarious plans the attackers possibly had in mind.
Despite the fracas, fans in attendance say the incident didn’t stop the DAYTONA MC from making his way back to the stage where he blamed Canadian born rapper, Drake, for the beer-throwing and failed attempt to put hands on him following their ongoing beef.
“This n—a paid some n—a to throw beer, n—a!” he said. “F–k is that? Y’all know where the f–k I’m from? You don’t even know! Keep going in this bitch!”
He then followed up with a performance of “I Don’t Like” — which could be seen as a swipe at the Toronto hometown hero Drake.
The show was eventually shut down by the police who were responding to a disturbance.
