A video has emerged online showing a Nigerian lady confessing to how she tried to scam traders with fake bank credit alerts inside the market.
In the video circulating on social media, the young lady was seen crying while being interrogated on the strategy she uses to scam people.
She explained that she normally edits a programmed credit alert message by banks and sends it to her unsuspecting victim and when the person sees it, they believe that money has been sent to their accounts.
The lady further confessed that she has used the method to defraud six traders of various amounts like N20k, N30k, and N60k until she was caught while trying to scam another trader of N30,000.
