The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has lost SKB Ogbuagu, the acting chairman of the party in Udi Local Government Area of Enugu State.
SKB Ogbuagu Is Dead
It was gathered that Ogbuagu collapsed on Thursday evening during a town hall meeting of the PDP governorship candidate at the Ezeagu Local Government Area headquarters.
Sources said the town hall meeting had ended and everyone was moving to reception venue when the acting chairman slumped.
Ogbuagu, who was said to be an asthmatic, was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital where he gave up the ghost.
Efforts to speak to the Enugu PDP Chairman, Augustine Nnamani, on the incident were unsuccessful as he did not answer his calls.
This comes one week after gunmen killed Ifeanyi David Uche, the chairman of the Young Progressives Party (YPP) in Ibeme ward, Isiala Mbano Local Government Area of Imo State.
