Nigerian singer, Abolore Adegbola Akande, popularly known as 9ice, has revealed why he will vote for the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu.

In a recent interview, the singer disclosed that the former Lagos governor won his heart by requesting his phone number during his performance on stage.
According to 9ice, he got the opportunity to personally met Tinubu at Mapo Hall in Ibadan during the 2nd term campaign of former Oyo-State Governor, Abiola Ajimobi.
The singer said that he was performing on stage at the campaign where lots of celebrities were invited and Tinubu pointed at him, telling his aide to collect his number.
9ice said he initially taught the politician was pointing to actor Saidi Balogun was behind him, but the former Lagos governor insisted that he want his number.
The singer said the politician told him that he likes what he is doing as an artiste and he sees it as a big deal because he couldn’t believe someone like Tinubu who is so busy and highly reputable in the society could ask for his number and appreciates his work.
