Jibola, the son of Fuji musician, Wasiu Alabi Pasuma, has achieved a remarkable feat by emerging as the best-performing student at Harlan Community Academy in the United States.

Taking to his Instagram page, Jibola shared photos from his graduation celebration while revealing that he graduated as the best student with an impressive 4.20 GPA.

His exceptional academic performance has garnered him the prestigious valedictorian scholarship, which amounts to over $400,000 (equivalent to N198,483,000), as well as admission to more than twenty prestigious universities.

Jibola also shared a video of his valedictorian speech, capturing the presence of his family members who came to share in his joyous moment. He also posted a collage featuring most of the universities that offered him admission following his excellent performance.

Expressing gratitude to God, his parents, his sister, and everyone who played a role in his success, Jibola said he looks forward to an even more rewarding journey ahead.

He wrote: “Finally!!!! Moving on to the next step of success. I’m thankful to God, My mom, My dad, my sister, and everyone for helping me along the way. I’ve received over $400k in scholarship money and over five full rides and got into over 20 schools.

“I’m ranked #1 in the school and I’m the Valedictorian with a 4.20 GPA. Committed to UIC HONORS COLLEGE. Alhamdulilah …Unto the next step…Forever going up.”
