William Barbosa, the assistant coach of Sao Tome and Principe, believes the Super Eagles will win the Africa Cup of Nations in 2023.
The Super Eagles defeated the True Patriots 6-0 on Sunday night at Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo.
They also lost the rematch 10-0 to the same opponent.
Having witnessed both demolitions from close quarters, Barbosa has now tipped the Super Eagles to go all the way in Cote d’Ivoire next January.

“Nigeria have some of the best players in Africa, quality players in top leagues around the world,” he said at the post-match press conference.
“For now, after Senegal, Nigeria have the best team in Africa.”
