Trump Fires Back At Elon Musk, Says He May Have To Return To South Africa
World’s richest man, Elon Musk and the United States President Donald Trump have reignited tensions with sharp comments aimed at each other.

On Monday, as the U.S Senate debated Trump’s controversial “Big, Beautiful Bill,” Musk voiced strong opposition.
Taking to his X, formally known as Twitter, the world’s richest man slammed lawmakers who supported the bill.
“Every member of Congress who campaigned on reducing government spending and then immediately voted for the biggest debt increase in history should hang their head in shame!”
“And they will lose their primary next year if it is the last thing I do on this Earth,” Musk wrote.
He also threatened to create posters featuring the faces of those lawmakers, labeling them as “liars” who voted to raise the national debt by $5 trillion.
Musk continued to repost messages from users who criticized the bill and praised him for standing against it.
Reacting via Truth Social on Tuesday, Trump fired back at Elon Musk, accused him of hypocrisy.
Trump said Musk had always known that he opposed the electric vehicle (EV) mandate even before giving him his endorsement.
The US president claimed that Musk only began objecting to the bill once he realized it would eliminate EV subsidies.
He noted that without government subsidies, Musk would probably have to shut down and move back to South Africa.
“Elon may get more subsidy than any human being in history, by far, and without subsidies, Elon would probably have to close up shop and head back home to South Africa.
“No more Rocket launches, Satellites, or Electric Car Production, and our Country would save a FORTUNE.
“Perhaps we should have DOGE take a good, hard, look at this? BIG MONEY TO BE SAVED!!!” Trump wrote.
KanyiDaily recalls that Elon Musk admitted he went too far in some of his comments against Donald Trump during their public fallout.
