This man sitting on the floor in the photo above is a suspected Boko Haram member and he was arrested with the explosive above and a manual timer which he intended using to blow up Nigerian Airspace Management Agency’s, (NAMA) office in Lagos.
The supect was arrested just few minutes ago and the explosives with him also recovered. He is currently in police custody.
