Governor Diri Appoints BBNaija’s Nengi As Senior Special Assistant And Face Of Bayelsa

Governor Douye Diri has reportedly appointed Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Rebecca “Nengi” Hampson as Senior Special Assistant and Face of Bayelsa State.

Nengi, who had travelled to Bayelsa on Thursday with her fellow ex-housemate, Neo Akpofure, was given the appintment on Friday when she visited Governor Diri at the government house.

The news of the appointment was made known by Neo Akpofure via his Twitter page on Friday, November 6, 2020.

“Omo my girl oo.. Senior Special Assistant to the Governor and Face of Bayelsa State. Congrats my sister Green heart @nengiofficial,” he tweeted.

It was also learnt that during the visit, Nengi was also appointed as the ambassador of the girl-child in the state.

KanyiDaily recalls that Nengi had revealed that her boyfriend has not picked up her calls, after she left the BBNaija show.
