A UNILORIN student was detained by the school security for wearing nose rings into the institution.

A female student of the University of Ilorin, Omotanwa has narrated how her day was ruined after she was forced to remove her nose ring and pack her hair while being detained by the school authorities.

The student, who tweets with the handle @tannwa_, initially shared a video of herself before she got into the school premises wearing a nose ring.

Sharing the video on her Twitter page, the lady said “This is how I left home for school then UNILORIN ruined my day check next post.”

In the next post, Omotanwa announced that her nose was gone and her hair had been packed, adding that was taken to the security unit for allegedly violating the school dress code.

Sharing the photos of herself with teary eyes rid, the young lady said: “Nose ring gone hair packed 😭and I’m in security unit 😭😭😭 ”
