Gunmen Storm Ebonyi LG Chairman’s Residence, Kill Four

Gunmen have killed four persons during an attack at the residence of an Ebonyi State LG chairman

Gunmen recently stormed the residence of the chairman of Ikwo Local Government Area, Steve Orogwu, and killed four persons during the attack.

Reports have it that the gunmen invaded the chairman’s home in Ekpaomaka on Tuesday night, May 17 in his absence and unleashed their wrath on the individuals that were present.

The hoodlums shot his elder brother, two nephews as well as the security guard on duty dead.

Speaking to The Nation on Wednesday morning, 18 May the Chairman confirmed the ruthless attack at his residence.

He said:

“They attacked my house at night and killed my elder brother and two of his sons and our security guard.”

KanyiDaily recalls that there was unrest in Kano State after a dreadful explosion occurred which killed at least four persons.
