Jeffrey Guterman, a retired American mental health counsellor, who is also a strong critic of Nigeria’s president-elect, Bola Tinubu has disclosed the day that would be good for the arrest of the former Lagos State governor.

According to him, today would be a good day for Tinubu to be arrested.

Guterman, also a staunch supporter of the Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi said this in a short tweet on his official handle on Monday.

He wrote, “Today would be a good day for Bola Tinubu to be arrested.”

Jeffrey Guterman did not, however, give a reason why Tinubu should be arrested, it may not be unconnected to the recent discovery that the president-elect has dual citizenship.

Recall that Kanyi Daily reported a passport showing that Tinubu has dual citizenship.

The passport was published on Saturday night by one of Nigeria’s finest Investigative journalists, David Hundeyin.

If the passport is anything to go by, Tinubu might be in for a fresh round of legal trouble.

The passport showed Tinubu holds a Guinean passport which is contrary to the provisions of Nigeria’s constitution.

Section 137 (1) (a) of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria provides “A person shall not be qualified for election to the office of President if subject to the provisions of Section 28 of this Constitution, he has voluntarily acquired the citizenship of a country other than Nigeria or, except in such cases as may be prescribed by the National Assembly, he has made a declaration of allegiance to such other country.”

The former Lagos State Governor was reported to have acquired the passport of the Guinea Republic in 2015.

Hundeyin’s tweet reads, “On Tinubu’s INEC EC9 declaration, he stated that he has not obtained any other citizenship.

“But he has Guinean citizenship, with his Guinean passport stating clearly that he was born in Nigeria – which means he obtained Guinean citizenship.
“This is perjury. Lying under oath.”

In other news, Jeffrey Guterman recently cried that he has received death threats.

He noted that despite the death threats, he is not scared.

The US man, a few days ago, argued that Tinubu won’t help Nigerians, instead, he will continue to destroy the country.
