North Korean Dictator, Kim Jong Un Cries As He Begs Women To Have More Children [Video]

North Korean leader, Kim Jong Un broke down in tears as he implored thousands of women to address the declining birth rate in the country.

During his address at Pyongyang’s National Mothers’ Meeting, Kim Jong Un was seen shedding tears and drying his eyes with a handkerchief.

The North Korean dictator pleaded with women to have more children in the country,  emphasizing the collective responsibility to prevent a further decline in birth rates and promote effective childcare.

The event marked the first National Mothers’ Meeting in 11 years and was organized in response to the concerning drop in the isolationist state’s birth rate.

During his speech, Kim Jong Un referred to the duties of motherhood as integral to the well-being of the nation.

He urged the women, dressed in traditional multi-colored robes, to instill the values of the communist party in their children, stressing the importance of bringing up children who will continue to uphold the ideals of the revolution.

Addressing the audience as ‘Dear Mothers,’ Kim Jong Un acknowledged the social challenges faced by the nation and called for collective efforts.

These challenges, according to him, included raising children committed to advancing the revolution, eliminating non-socialist practices, fostering family harmony, and addressing the declining birth rate.

He said, “Preventing a decline in birth rates and good childcare are all of our housekeeping duties we need to handle while working with mothers.

Kim Jong Un added his country was being confronted with a host of “social tasks that our mothers should join to tackle.”

These tasks include bringing up their children so that they will steadfastly carry forward our revolution, eliminating the recently-increasing non-socialist practices, promoting family harmony and social unity, establishing a sound way of cultural and moral life, making the communist virtues and traits of helping and leading one another forward prevail over our society, stopping the declining birth rate, and taking good care of children and educating them effectively.

“These belong to our common family affairs, which we need to deal with by joining hands with our mothers.”

The emotional scene resonated with the attendees, as tears were shed not only by the leader but also by the women who had gathered for this significant occasion.
