According to ABC de Sevilla, the agreement was completed on Tuesday following several rounds of negotiations between both parties.

The deal involves Ramos’ investment company, Five Eleven Capital, and the current leadership of the club.

While some legal and administrative procedures are still being finalized, the major disagreements have already been resolved.

A decisive meeting took place on Monday and included Ramos, his family members, legal representatives, and members of Sevilla’s shareholder group.

Sources said the discussions ended positively, allowing the takeover process to move forward smoothly as both sides worked toward ensuring stability for the club’s future.
