“Your Papa” – Adekunle Gold Slams Simi As She Considers Ending Their Marriage

Nigerian singer, Adekunle Gold, has slammed his wife, Simi, after she jokingly considered ending their four-year-old marriage.

In a post shared on her Twitter page, Simi had solicited advice from her fans on whether to leave Adekunle Gold or stay because of their child.

She sarcastically threatened to leave her marraige because of her husband’s deficiency in H–Factor, which is mostly common among the Yoruba people.

The H-Factor is when someone has trouble pronouncing words that have the letter H in them. It occurs when pronouncing words with vowel sounds like: “hegg” for “egg”, “hold” for “old” and “hoil” for “oil.”

Simi jokingly said she is considering leaving Adekunle. She wrote: “Hear me out. If your husband is recording and the h-factor kinna accidentally slips out, do you leave him or stay for the child?”

Replying to her threat, Adekunle Gold wrote: “Your papa.”

Simi expressed shock after seeing the way her husband attacked her father as she never saw it coming. She tweeted; “Wow Charlie?”

This comes one week after Adekunle Gold opened up about his marriage to Simi, saying he is blessed to be married to a woman who understands him.
