Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) reported detaining over 530 undocumented immigrants on Thursday alone, including child sex offenders, gang members, and other criminals.

This is part of the larger deportation effort led by the new Trump’s administration, which has resulted in 460 arrests prior to Thursday.

During his election campaign, Trump pledged to tackle illegal immigration and kicked off his second term with a series of executive orders focused on reforming the U.S. immigration system.
