An Air Peace flight veered off the runway after landing at the Port Harcourt International Airport on Sunday morning.

The airline confirmed the incident in a statement released by its spokesperson, Osifo-Whiskey Efe.
According to the statement, flight P47190 touched down safely before it slightly veered off the runway.
“Air Peace confirms that its Flight P47190, operating from Lagos to Port Harcourt this morning, had a runway excursion after landing safely at the Port Harcourt International Airport.
“The aircraft veered slightly off the runway without any damage,” the statement reads.
Air Peace confirmed there was no damage to the aircraft, and all passengers were able to leave the plane without any issues or injuries.
The airline added that safety remains a top priority in all its operations and reassured the public of its continued commitment to high safety standards.
