Peller claimed that Yoruba people tend to beg for money in a bold and direct way, sometimes requesting large amounts without hesitation.
He described their approach as “premium and threatening.”
“I’m a Yoruba boy but Yoruba people beg a lot. Their begging is premium and threatening; telling you to give them 1 million naira or above,” Pellet said.
His comments quickly went viral, sparking debate online.
