Amaka Patience Sunnberger, a Nigerian woman based in Canada, has boldly dismissed the possibility of being arrested or deported by the Canadian government.

KanyiDaily recalls a video clip recently surfaced on social media showing Amaka making threatening remarks against Yoruba and Benin people during a TikTok livestream.

The woman urged Igbos to poison the food and water of these tribal groups, vowing to harm any Yoruba or Benin individuals she encounters

Her comments triggered widespread outrage and led notable figures, including Abike Dabiri-Erewa, Chairperson of the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM) to request that Canadian authorities prosecute her for violating both Canadian and international laws.

In response to these calls on Thursday, Amaka Patience Sunnberger confidently stated that her Canadian citizenship protects her from any legal action.

The woman pointed out that Canada’s legal system is different from Nigeria’s, suggesting that she cannot be arrested or deported without proper grounds.

She said, “Somebody just send me message, say them arrest me, say them wan deport me, with passport? I be Canada pikin. See am now, I dey house, why I go dey lie?
