ORide is a company established by the owners of Opera Mini, the popular browser. The parent company has in the past few years diversified their business as their target is to become a full-fledged digital service business.

They recently launched OPay, which was created to participate in the competitive e money service in Nigeria, and then followed this with ORide. Although they are relatively new in the bike-hailing game, they are getting a large share of the customers through their innovative and cheap deals.
